These terms govern your use of the Before We Go app.
Before We Go lets you plan trips together and create packing, shopping and task lists. You can start as a guest, without an account.
You may use the app anonymously (guest) or create an account (email or Google) to save and share trips. You are responsible for keeping access to your account.
You agree to use the app lawfully, not to abuse or disrupt it, and not to submit unlawful content.
You are responsible for the data you enter (trip names, lists, participant names). When you invite others, ensure you have a proper basis to share their data.
When you add a person without an account (e.g. a child or pet), including their name and optionally age, you confirm you're entitled to do so (e.g. as their parent or guardian).
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the controller's registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of continuity or being error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
The app is currently free. Any future paid features will be clearly marked.
We may update these terms; we will communicate material changes in the app.
